MASS JILLY FILLING 92

 

MASS JILLY FILLING 92 is a soft mineral hydrocarbon based filling compound.

It has been especially designed to prevent the ingress of moisture along the interstices of multi – pair polymer insulated communication cables in the event of sheath or joint failure.

MASS JILLY FILLING 92   Suitable for liquid application. Typically at 95-105 oC semi-liquid application , typically at 80-85 oC and drum pumping  ( under ordain condition ) are also possible .

 

 

 

The key features of MASS JILLY FILLING 92 are:

  • Suitable for use in sub-tropical climates.

  • Adequate plasticity to meet cable bending requirements at  sub-zero temperatures.

  • Passes cable drainage tests at up to 65 oC.

  • Complies with the requirements of deutsche Telecom specifications.

  • The compound is amber in colour and does not obscure the colour of insulated conductors.
